It only took two freaking decades to get the first degree out of the way. This is okay though, I am not even close to being done, yet. After I find my future employment, I intend to enroll at Paul Mitchel or if there is an opening during the evening at the Art Institution. I have huge interest in the arts, and would love to continue in that path. I could possibly enroll at a university for theater, but more or less for all behind the scene stuff. I loved doing costume and make up as well as stage set up, during my teen years. I just don’t see why I can’t have enjoyment in the way I earn an income. At any rate, I started on my journey it’s going to be a great one!

Today I started the first day of my last semester at National College. All I can say it has been a long ride. One that I wanted to be a different type of graduation. This degree will merely help obtain a paycheck, not what I had hoped for a dream college degree which into gave the dream career in any art field.
I still hope to one day achieve that dream, but it might be a little while. There is a neat thing graduating this year, because my son graduates this year from high school. He graduates on May 21 and I graduate on May 27. Hopefully everyone I want to be there can make it.
During this time of the year we have a lot of things that we do as a family. The first thing we will be doing is the Cherry Blosson festival, the girls really look forwards to this. Next we will have Earth Day downtown, followed by MTAC. Lastly this part of the year will be TN renfaire, which is my favorite event.
I will write more later at the hospital with Mark.

Since my last semester ended a week ago, life has sure moved fast for me. I got the van I wanted, as well as an iPad, which I was so not expecting at all. I almost finished with my denim jacket design. I really should have done this ages ago, but I alway seem to put off which I shouldn’t.
I signed up with the gym, and I can tell they are going to be the push I needed. They already made calls to the house for orientation. Crazy shit man, I have never gone to a gym that dose that. They also gave me a free months worth of tanning, and free month for Mark to see if he will start coming too.
I have 2 swaps to get done with:
1. Ostara Swap
2. Miyazaki Swap
Once done with those I must start working on the girls cosplay ideas. traci is more into cosplaying that Aimee is; she would rather hang out with no stress. Also, through all of this I need to get Ostara ready for my own house. Classes start back up for on Monday, not so much looking forward to that. I am comforted in though that this is my last semester and then I graduate. YES!!!!!
I canot wait. 3 more months to go. Wish me luck!

Today was a good. I went to lunch with Mark and we both realized that it has been a very long decade since even going out to lunch. We finally hit a part in our marriage, where the kids are almost all grown.
Our son Markie is 18 and signed up with the Marine Corp; he leaves in June. Aimee is almost 17 and has 1 more year to finish high school. She already plans to attend MTSU in the fall of 2012. We will just have Traci, the youngest at home; she’s 12 going on 21,lol.
Even though we will have Traci still at home and occasionally Aimee on the weekends, life will be different. I will be finishing up college this semester, and starting work. The girls will be doing more things on their own, leaving time for Mark and I able to rediscover who we are as a couple. Not just as parents or identified as the kids mom and dad, but friends and lovers as we once were.
Our oldest daughter, Aimee, teases us all the time. She pretends to be embarrassed by us showing affection as would most kids. Even though she also says that it’s creepy but in a cool way. Most of her friends parents are divorced.
I really can’t ask for much more in my life. The bills are met, the kids are great. I am also married to a great guy. Who I get to share the upcoming new path of experiences in this well traveled marriage.
Time and I are on proper footing, and will walk with bliss and Love and Light.

Okay,so my sweet husband purchased an iPad for me last night. It is a little more confusing than I had hoped for. I use a Mac already, but, hold on to something… I do not own an iPhone much less any cellphone. Shocking isn’t it? LOL
Anyway, I installed WP on it, and now trying to learn it’s use. Hopefully, all will fair pretty well.
With that said, wish me luck!
